Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to enhance our brand’s online presence and engage our audience across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content, fostering interactions, and tracking engagement to support our business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Create, schedule, and post content across social media platforms.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Track and analyze social media performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated on trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok).
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop,Capcut).
• Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
