Finance Supervisor

Job Summary: The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various accounting functions, including the approval of sales invoices, payment processing, and credit notes. The role includes managing daily cash updates, assisting with weekly meetings and reports, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. The Finance Supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable team and assisting the Finance Manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice and Payment Management:
- Approve sales invoices and credit notes prepared by the Accounts Receivable team.
- Process and oversee the receipt of payments.

Daily and Monthly Reporting:
- Provide daily cash updates to Headquarters.
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing weekly reports and participating in weekly meetings.
- Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliation and cash flow reports.

Tax and Compliance:
- Manage salary tax and expanded withholding tax (EWT) payment processes, including Alphalist preparation (1601C and EWT).
- Oversee VAT payable and VAT relief processes (2550M).

Expense and Asset Management:
- Prepare and review monthly various expense and asset schedules.

Team Oversight:
- Supervise and oversee the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
- Provide assistance to the Finance Manager as required.
