Job Description

Collaborate with the HR Manager in the development of Calendar of Activities for Employee Relations (ER) and Public Relations (PR) programs at the last quarter of the Fiscal Year (FY). The Calendar will be in effect for the following FY.

Collaborate with the HR Manager in the Preparation of Budget and Planning for major Company events and ER/PR programs as stated in the Calendar of Activities.

Administration of Employee opinion surveys on issues and concerns then analyze the results to determine employee satisfaction.

In charge to Broadcasting on Company’s Happy Radio and all activities related to all SPI factories reference given schedule as a way of Company promotion, advertisement, and an avenue for special and important announcements among Employees.

Responsible in the maintenance and updating of information of Company’s Facebook account and other webpage as another channel for Company campaigns, advertisements and promotions.

Perform other duties, special assignment and instructions as assigned by the Senior Vice President of the Company pertaining but not limited to Employees and Public Relations related activities, and other major company events of the Company. This may also holds true with other Company executives if deemed necessary.

Perform other duties, special assignment and instructions from the Human Resources Manager pertaining to Employee and Public Relations related activities, and other tasks that may be designed if the need arises.
