Job Description
● Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
● Ability to read and follow recipes
● Understanding of food safety practices
● Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to use baking tools and equipment
● Good communication and teamwork skills
● Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
● Creativity and willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
● High school diploma
● Certificate or diploma in baking or pastry arts
● At least 1 year experience in volume baking
