Job Description
list of target enterprise accounts and drives sales through initiating telephone contact, email and social media. The
successful candidate will identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities.
The objective of Tele-Sales is to provide focused resources with the aim in reaching out directly to more
prospective leads and convert these leads into actual sales (with more direct clients or/and partners) with replies
and demos.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reporting to Sales Manager or Team Lead or any representative assigned by Management.
• May need to build own pool of database, scrubs and validates prospect information in the database or
open sources.
• Send Outreach email to potential direct clients or/and partners.
• Prepare and perform tele-script (with necessary adjustment from time-to-time) to ensure consistency of
sales program.
• Make phone calls to potential direct clients / potential partners.
• Answer potential client’s queries about company profile, credential and call objective
• (through tele-call, email or/and virtual meet platform).
• Capable to generate daily qualified calls and obtain 6-8 Leads on a weekly basic (with proven track
records).
• Set appointment with prospective prospect (direct client or/and partner) on planned schedule.
• Maintain database, call list and leads in CRM Systems (or/and via Microsoft Office, Excel).
• Be responsible for administrative or other tasks assigned from time-to-time.
• Need to communicate any problem, concern or questions to Sales Manager or Team Lead.
• Complies with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to information security and
acceptable use, and undertaking mandatory in-house company training as required.
