DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming guests and providing menus.
Communicating orders to the kitchen and delivering them to customers.
Ensuring food and drinks are served.
Ensuring guest satisfaction and dealing with customer complaints.
Setting and cleaning tables and service areas.
