Job Description

Join us as a Customer Support Specialist (CSS-1)! This role offers a unique pathway to international exposure, as selected agents will have the chance to train in the United States for US licensing, enhancing your expertise in the industry.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience
- Education: College Graduate, at least 2 years in college, or Senior High School graduate
- Active Philippine passport (or willingness to process upon hiring)
