We are seeking a Customer Service New Associate to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service support, ensuring that customer interactions meet quality and service-level expectations. Your role will contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service support, addressing customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and call quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
- Accurately document interactions and provide detailed notes for team and management review
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes to better support customers

Job Qualifications

Must-Have:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Open to High School graduates, College Undergraduates, or Graduates
- No previous BPO or customer service experience required—we welcome all motivated candidates

Flexibility Requirements:
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to handle dynamic customer interactions with professionalism
