Graphic Artist

Pinnacle Homes Realty and Development Corporation is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our team in our Makati City Metro Manila office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for daily tasks such as creating high-quality marketing and advertising materials to support the growth of the company's branding and visual communication needs.

a. Creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital marketing collateral as well as freebies for promotion
b. Designing brand assets, including logos, brochures, and advertisements
c. Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
d. Creates and executes advertising plans in accordance with the immediate head's instructions
e. Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials
f. Completes additional relevant responsibilities as directed by the immediate head
g. Staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices
h. Preparing files for print and digital production

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
2. At least 1-2 years experience as a Graphic Artist or a similar design role, preferably experience in real estate or related industry
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva; Knowledge in video editing is a plus
5. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects
6. Attention to detail and creativity
7. Familiar with the latest design trends
