Job Description

DESCRIPTION:
An Operations Manager, or Operations Supervisor, oversees a company’s processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality.

Their main duties include managing the recruitment and hiring process, improving productivity and efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operations Management, Marketing, and Strategic Planning skills
• Market Research and Data Analysis expertise
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry regulations

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a government organization and 2 years of experience in the medical field.

WORK LOCATION:
• 8th Ayala Triangle Gardens II Paseo De Roxas, Corner Makati Ave, Makati City, Metro Manila (Preferred candidates should live near the working location)

WORK SCHEDULE:
• Full-time
• Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, or on call.

LOCATION TYPE:

MONTHLY SALARY:
• 40,000
• Negotiable based on the applicant's skill set
