We believe in empowering our clients and team members to perform at their best, and we are looking for an experienced and proactive Online Business Manager (OBM) to join our growing team. This is a key role where you’ll ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities, keep the team focused on performance goals, and maintain client satisfaction.

Role Overview:
As an Online Business Manager, you will oversee the operations of our business, ensuring that KPIs are being met, SOPs are being followed, and both our internal team and clients receive the support they need. You will be expected to anticipate issues before they arise, troubleshoot and provide solutions to team and client challenges, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing team productivity, ensuring quality service delivery, and making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor KPIs: Regularly review team and business KPIs to ensure that targets are being met. Analyze performance data and adjust processes as needed to ensure we’re on track.
• Ensure SOP Compliance: Oversee the implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Continuously assess and improve workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Team Support & Management: Ensure the team has the resources and support they need to succeed. Address any concerns or challenges that arise, and proactively remove obstacles to team productivity.
• Client Relationship Management: Provide a high level of service to clients. Address client concerns, ensure their needs are met, and ensure client satisfaction is maintained. Act as a point of escalation for any issues.
• Issue Anticipation & Solution-Oriented Thinking: Proactively identify potential issues that may affect operations or client service and implement solutions before problems escalate.
• Project Management: Oversee ongoing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Maintain communication with project teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Operational Efficiency: Continuously look for opportunities to improve business processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Team Coordination & Communication: Facilitate clear communication between team members, ensuring alignment on objectives, expectations, and deadlines.
• Report Generation & Analytics: Prepare regular reports on business performance, including KPIs, project updates, and client feedback.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
• Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Online Business Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role. Experience in a fast-paced remote work environment is highly preferred.
• Leadership & Team Management Skills: Ability to motivate, lead, and manage teams, ensuring they are productive and meeting performance goals.
• Problem-Solving & Initiative: Ability to anticipate issues before they arise, with a solutions-oriented mindset to address problems effectively and efficiently.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday), communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom), and a general comfort with technology. Experience with CRM tools and business automation is a plus.
• Client-Centric Mindset: Proven experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through attentive support and proactive problem-solving.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in an ever-changing environment where priorities can shift quickly, and the ability to pivot and maintain focus on key objectives.
Salary:
₱60,000.00 Monthly
