Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team at ITS. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in quarter-backing our product management function, driving the development of new products, and facilitating effective communication across various departments within the organization including finance, marketing, operations, and leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Design and Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and an execution plan aligned with the company goals
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
2. Cross-Functional Communication:
Serve as a liaison between product management, finance, marketing, operations, and leadership teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Translate business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment and understanding across all stakeholders. Coordinate regular meetings, updates, and presentations to keep all relevant parties informed of product initiatives, progress, and challenges.
3. Planning and Execution:
Work closely with senior leadership to define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics. Develop and execute initiatives to drive product growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction. Identify and address potential risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact product development and delivery.
4. Product Lifecycle Management:
Monitor and analyze product performance, user engagement, and market trends to inform ongoing optimization and iteration. Implement processes and tools for effective product planning, prioritization, and resource allocation. Continuously evaluate and iterate on product features, functionalities, and user experiences based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is desired
Proven experience (2 years) in product management or related roles, preferably within the managed services industry. Proven experience (min 4 years) in project management will also be considered if no product management experience is available.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies, agile principles, and project management best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and product metrics.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, etc.) would be a plus.
Requirements:
A home office set up that meets the following:
A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10 or macOS Big Sur.
Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload.
A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings.
A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app.
HD webcam
2nd Monitor
UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) if using a desktop (Not needed if using a laptop)
Note: If you don't have a UPS or a secondary monitor, the company is willing to cover the initial expenses for acquiring these items. The total cost will be deducted from your salary over a three-month period.

Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
Compensation:
Pay rate starts at $12.00/hr and vary by experience and location.
