Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and compliance with regulations.
- Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and records to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to address potential areas of concern.
Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and enhancement of internal audit procedures and methodologies.
Conduct field audits as required, ensuring adherence to audit schedules and timelines.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Audit.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing processes.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict management skills.
Willingness to conduct field audits as needed.
Proficiency in using SAP Business One is an advantage.
Work Conditions:
Type: Full-time and On-site only
Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
