Job Description

- Bachelor’s graduate preferably related to Finance
- Has 5 years of experience in invoices in the billing system and the review of fee-related documents and agreements
- Has 5 years of experience in record keeping and billing systems, managing contracts
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Excel (including VBA and Power Pivot functionality).
- Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate using proven time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills to be effective when collaborating with various internal teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Responsible for supporting the Manager of the GRS Fees & Billing Team.
· Accountable for ensuring fees are accurately set up.
· Manage and oversee the preparation of invoices for clients to pay fees.
· Responsible for ensuring routine manual tasks are prepared, reviewed, and processed accurately.
· Review the work of billing staff to ensure accuracy and provide ongoing feedback through mentoring and coaching.
· Provide support to internal teams to investigate disputes or inquiries concerning fees charged and invoiced.
· Support regulatory, compliance, accounting, and audit requirements.
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
