QA And Accounting Supervisor (Paranaque)

JOB TITLE: QA AND ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

JOB QUALIFICATION FOR QA SUPERVISOR:

1. SOP

· Check existing Company SOP’s.

· Assist Supervisor/Manager in checking actual work process to creating applicable SOP.

· Assist Supervisor/Manager in conducting training/re-orientation to members on new or changes to Company SOP’s.

· Create general file of Company SOP’s in preparation to ISO plan.

2. AUDITOR

· Conduct periodic/random compliance audit on Company SOP’s.

· Prepare audit report as basis for continuous improvement.

· Recommend counter/preventive measures and process improvement.

· Conduct random inventory audit to warehouse.

· Prepare audit report on the result of spot inventory audit.

3. OTHER

· Attend to activity as per instruction of QA Supervisor/Manager



JOB QUALIFICATION FOR ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR:

Preparation of monthly schedule of witholding tax and VAT.
Maintain monthly monitoring of Fix Assets.
Maintains copy of Branch Fix Assets Monitoring
Maintains copy of SSS/HDMF loan vouchers as well as receiving copy of other deductions (Salary/Emergency Loan)
Prepares Debit note and assist on month-end closing.


SALARY RANGE FOR QA SUPERVISOR: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

SALARY RANGE FOR ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month



WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (8am – 6am)

WORK LOCATION: 3rd floor Kingsland Bldg., Dr. A. Santos Ave. Brgy. San Isidro Sucat, Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines
