Job Description

- Minimum of 1-2 years CSR international voice experience
- Any account (Insurance, Financial, Telco, Retail, etc.)
- College Undergraduate / Associate or Vocational degree / Bachelor's degree - any course
- Work arrangement: Hybrid (3x days onsite), subject to change
- Nightshift schedule
- 17,000-23,000 + 10% night differential
- Virtual recruitment/interview process
