Salesforce Developer - Integration

Job Description:
•Provide Day-to-day Salesforce support
•Take charge of any technical problems relating to Salesforce – individual troubleshooting, contacting relevant support persons/teams, etc.
•Communicate with business progress on incidents
•Salesforce administaion duties
•Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components etc. to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
•Code merging using github and experience with CI/CD
Desirable Qualifications:
•Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I,
•Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer
•Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, a professional qualification, or equivalent experience

Job Qualifications

3+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Developer and proficient in:
Salesforce Integration
Salesforce data modeling and metadata
Salesforce integrations with external services
Creating and maintaining Salesforce databases
Experience in the development and maintenance of Salesforce systems and Salesforce Platform for Application Development .
Bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred.
Certified Salesforce administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer is preferred.
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations.
Must be a team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge in JIRA.
Functional knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) systems is preferred.
Experience in Agile delivery/Scrum methodology.
Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends and holidays as needed.
Willing to be cross trained in Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft HCM.
