Job Description
Proficient in Conversational Mandarin Chinese
Fluent in Listening, Speaking, Typing, Reading Mandarin and English
Capable of understanding and speaking Mandarin and English fluently
Typing speed of 30 WPM
Willing to work shifting schedules
Previous experience in a Customer Service team required
