Job Description
2. Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management
3. Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows
4. Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes
5. Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits
6. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
7. Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
8. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
9. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
10. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
11. Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage
12. Experince in Successfactors Integration Center
13. Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements
