Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR Support Specialist to provide first-level advice and support on key foundational and transactional HR activities. This includes managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and supporting HR systems. In this role, you will be instrumental in enabling our HR team, Line Managers, and Employees to enhance workplace relations and productivity, all in line with Orica’s Business Strategy. You will be responsible for the administration and accuracy of all HR data, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization.
Key Accountabilities
HR Query Resolution: Provide timely and accurate responses to HR queries from employees, business functions, and HR, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Service Support: Manage HR queries via ServiceNow and centralized phone support, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys.
Lifecycle Administration: Ensure accurate paperwork and proper submission of HR forms and online information for employee lifecycle processes such as terminations, transfers, and changes in employment conditions.
HR System Management: Administer employee lifecycle activities through HR systems (SuccessFactors), including job and compensation changes, position management, and support for system usage among Line Managers and Employees.
Employee File Management: Oversee the digital storage of all employee files, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Support for Compensation and Learning: Assist with compensation-related administration, including data validation and offline rating administration. Provide support for learning administration, including management of profiles and assignments.
Leave Administration: Administer various types of leave (annual, personal, extended, family, etc.) and the return-to-work process.
Mass Upload and Project Support: Participate in large-scale data uploads and provide administrative support for HR-related projects as required.
Critical Experience and Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
With tertiary or technical qualification: Up to 2 years of experience post-qualification.
Without formal qualifications: Up to 10 years of administrative experience in a related field.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with technical and functional business system applications (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur, analytics tools) is essential.

Non-Taxable Allowances:
Rice Subsidy Allowance: PhP 2,000.00
Meal Allowance: PhP 1,500.00
Transportation Allowance: PhP 1,500.00
