Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist at Sparklestream Live Studio will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our live shows, services, and brands. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales growth through effective marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to grow the studios brand.
• Develop strategies for brand collaborations and partnership to expand the studio’s reach.
• Increase audience engagement through targeted social media and digital marketing efforts
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales and marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with content creators and hosts to produce promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics to optimize strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing communications, or related field.
• Proven expertise in sales, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Knowledge of brand collaboration and partnership development.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing and sales software.
