We are looking for an experienced and motivated E Commerce/Online Sales Associate to join our growing online store team. Attractive package awaits successful candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Able to achieve monthly sales quota
Perform live selling to shopping platforms
Ensure quality on providing customer service and conflict resolution
Provide timely responses to all inquiries sent to all platforms of the company
Provide excellent customer service through chat software and emails
Come up with content like descriptions and photos for the posts
Contact and negotiate with clients to address inquiries and store improvement
Fulfill all orders garnered from all E-Commerce platforms
Help provide sales report for all platforms
Assist with the Inventory Management of the stocks allocated for E-Commerce Department
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.
We also consider undergraduates who have previous related experience.
Must have experience in handling online store operations (both Lazada and Shopee plus other online selling platforms FB, Shoppe, Lazada, Tiktok)
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Marketing mind and good in creating selling strategies.
Able to handle customers well.
Mon to Saturday schedule but should be willing to work on Sundays and Holidays if needed
Willing to work in Malate, Manila
