Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships with existing and new customers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our business.
• You will reach out to potential customers, identify their needs and offer solutions that best suit their requirements.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position our solutions effectively.
• Develop account plans and strategies to drive new sales and revenue growth.
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure client expectations are met.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT Graduate or a related field
• At least 1-year experience in sales or business development and account management
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in sales related in telecom is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Ability to present proposal up to Executive Level
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Result-oriented, organized, and keen on details
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
