Location: Applicant must be based in Cebu City.
Work Type: Hybrid work setup.
Core Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fundamental understanding of eCommerce principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills
• Strong comprehension and proactive approach
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Customer Support Consultant
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with automotive parts and accessories
• Knowledge or experience with eBay, Amazon, and other eCommerce platforms or marketplaces
• Basic understanding of SaaS applications
• Familiarity with AI tools
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in serving Australian customers
Client Specific Request:
• Preferably someone with a passion for fishing or retail experience, particularly in camping and outdoor stores.
