Job Description
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize staffing levels, improve service delivery, and meet operational goals.
Analyze historical data and forecast staffing requirements based on business needs, seasonal trends, and workload fluctuations.
Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while minimizing overtime and labor costs.
Monitor real-time operational performance and adjust staffing plans as necessary to respond to changes in demand.
Collaborate with management and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment and retention strategies.
Required Skills:
5 years and above total experience in WF
3 years’ work experience as Supervisor/Manager
Leadership experience (Handled RTAs, Schedulers, Planners)
Has an experience in end-to-end WFM (RTA, Scheduling, Forecasting, Planning)
Tools: eWFM, Avaya CMS, NICE IEX, and such
Should have handled xxxxxxx FTEs in a Program
Preferable with experience in handling Telco program/s
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with digital customer experience solutions, offering personalized interactions for global brands.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
