Job Description
Consult with executive on decisions related to HR which impacts the company.
Bridge with management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Ensure legal compliance though out human resource management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
• Attracts, retains and motivates employees.
• Manages the recruitment process for employees and ensures that the right talent is identified and attracted.
• Coordinates the advertising of vacancies, assess applications, liaise with head hunters if necessary and interviews applicants.
• Coordinates and manages the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
• Analyzes the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions.
• Identifies training/skills/competency needs in the company.
• Coordinates career development, succession planning and talent management needs in partnership with executives.
• Oversees and manages the Probationary Period and Annual Appraisal Reporting System.
• Develops, updates and implements all HR policies and procedures.
• Carries out regular internal audits of the HR and HR 201 filing system.
• Administers outgoing employees’ clearances, last pay, certificate of employment, notarized quitclaim and exit interview.
• Ensures compliance to due process in handling out employee disciplinary measures. • Monitors employees’ adherence to the code of conducts and company policy. • Facilitates administrative investigations and hearing.
• Updates statutory records of newly hired and resigned employees.
• Processes and monitors statutory cash advancement such as sickness, EC, Maternity and its reimbursements
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
