Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in business analysis in banking or financial institutions.
- Must have experience in IT project management.
- Must have experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
- Must have experience in conducting User's Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).
- Must have experience in preparing User's Manual and training materials.
- Must have experience in data analysis and advance skills in MS Excel.
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Prior experience working in a bank with background on lending process is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborates with developers to confirm feasibility of the application changes and explore other options that will best address the business need and objectives
- Provides support for UAT and implementation when needed
- Receives and review submitted requests to be transitioned into service catalogue
- Participates in service transition activity planning
- Prepares reports to support Service Management department to manage the delivery of application support, maintenance and ticket resolution
