Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning across all departments.

Analyze and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect operations.
Conduct audits to ensure operational integrity and compliance.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Strong business acumen with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Professional engineering registration is a plus.
10+ years of experience in operations management.
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Track record of managing complex operations and leading large teams.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Expertise in strategic planning and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.

This position primarily operates in a professional office setting, with occasional travel required for meetings and site visits.
