Job Description
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management preferably a registered or professional engineer, with a Master's degree or MBA.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and leading large teams.

• Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
