Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage the sales team, including sales representatives, account managers, and business development executives.
Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with market trends.
Oversee the sales support function, ensuring efficient lead management, proposal preparation, and customer inquiries.
Work closely with the order distribution team to optimize order fulfillment processes.
Monitor order levels, delivery timelines, and delivery accuracy.
Develop and maintain accurate service cost models.
Collaborate with finance and operations to determine pricing strategies. o Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Understand client needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
Collaborate with account managers to enhance client satisfaction.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Explore new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Forecast revenue, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
Balance cost-effectiveness with revenue targets.
Work closely with other departments (finance, operations, business support) to ensure seamless processes.
Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
At least 8 years' experience in business development, sales, or related roles
Strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in data analytics and project management tools
Construction industry experience is a plus
