Job Description
• Manages the recruitment process for employees and ensures that the right talent is
identified and attracted.
• Coordinates the advertising of vacancies, assess applications, liaise with headhunters
if necessary and interviews applicants.
• Coordinates and manages the orientation of new employees, process probationary
reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
• Analyzes the skills and qualities required for each job and develop job
descriptions.
• Identifies training/skills/competency needs in the company.
• Coordinates career development, succession planning and talent management needs in
partnership with executives.
• Oversees and manages the Probationary Period and Annual Appraisal Reporting System.
• Develops, updates and implements all HR policies and procedures.
• Carries out regular internal audits of the HR and HR 201 filing system.
• Administers outgoing employees’ clearances, last pay, certificate of employment, notarized
quitclaim and exit interview.
• Ensures compliance to due process in handling out employee disciplinary measures.
• Monitors employees’ adherence to the code of conduct and company policy.
• Facilitates administrative investigations and hearing.
• Updates statutory records of newly hired and resigned employees.
• Processes and monitors statutory cash advancement such as sickness, EC, Maternity and its
reimbursements
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
