Job Description
2. Environmental Monitoring and Inspection: Conduct regular environmental monitoring, inspections and audits on greenhouse gas (GHG), air, noise and Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS), to assess compliance with applicable provisions of environmental standards and regulations. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
3. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and record data accurately and consistently. Assist in analyzing data to assess trends, identify potential issues, and make recommendations for environmental improvements or mitigation strategies.
4. Compliance and Reporting: Support compliance with relevant regulations and permits related to GHG/Air/ODS/Noise levels. Assist in preparing reports and documentation required by regulatory agencies. Provide data and information as needed for compliance reporting purposes.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in environmental management or sustainability roles.
• Previous experience in GHG/Air/ODS/Noise levels monitoring is preferred. Knowledge of relevant monitoring techniques, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with monitoring equipment and software used GHG/Air/ODS/Noise levels monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of IFC PS requirements is preferred
