Job Description

-Responsible in the inventory planning, materials handling, and preparation of production schedule in accordance with the client’s requirement based on annual volume forecast and Purchase Order per project provided by the Client and/or Customer Service Department.
-Manages warehouse inventory versus customer requirements and ensures timely delivery
Conducts analysis of the production plan, finished goods and raw materials inventory level and forecast based on the materials requirement plan (MRP) results.
-Determines production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
-Translates customer’s requirement/demand into production priorities and tracks completion dates and addresses gaps (if any).
-Monitors production status and ensures timely delivery of Finished Goods to the client. Identifies delays and accordingly adjusts schedules to meet deadlines.
-Reconciles and aligns with production group regarding weekly output.
-Assists the Production Supervisor in production risk assessment and mitigation activities to ensure that targets are met accordingly.
Notifies the Business Unit Head and client on any potential delays and interruptions.
-Provides excellent customer service and ensures customer satisfaction by regular and on-time coordination with client regarding PPIC related concerns.
-Evaluates current production processes and recommends improvements.
-Conducts weekly meetings with the team to keep track of production schedules.
-Determines equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
-Helps resolve production issues and escalates unresolved issues to BU Head promptly.
-Analyzes operations result and helps in providing recommendations in improving operations.
-Prepares and submits complete, correct and accurate weekly and monthly management reports including other data that maybe required by the management and client.
-Ensures that all reports should be with the knowledge and approval of the department/business unit head and/or designate.
-Responsible in defining and writing the business requirement specifications of processes for automation update/revision.
-Fully adheres to the company’s code of discipline.
-Performs other tasks that the GPO Head and/or Head of Operations may assign from time to time.
