Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Commissary Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on procurement, purchasing, and inventory management to ensure the efficient operation of our commissary services. You will support the Commissary Manager in maintaining high standards of product availability and quality while optimizing cost-efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:
Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors to ensure the best quality products at competitive prices.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate effective negotiations and partnerships.

Purchasing:
Collaborate with the Commissary Manager to develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with organizational goals.
Process purchase orders and track order status, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Monitor market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.

Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and waste.
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate records and reconcile discrepancies.
Implement inventory control systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:
Assist in the preparation of inventory reports, forecasting needs based on sales trends and seasonal demands.
Analyze procurement and inventory data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the Commissary Manager, kitchen staff, and other departments to coordinate procurement needs and ensure smooth operations.
Train and mentor junior staff in procurement and inventory management best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
