Accounting Staff - Costing

-Provide Product Costings as needed
-Newly developed GADC Products
-Newly developed third party products (selecta, new foods, and other online platforms)
-Local and imported traded products
-Conduct Study of Production Report
-Gather all the data needed of existing product such as labor cost, labor hours, yield%, loss% and kilograms produced
-Summarizing data to adjust the monthly cost of finished goods
-Monitors and maintain the contribution margin of the products
-Prepare monthly reports
-Summarization of RMPMLM of the month
-Encoding the computed standard cost of the month to SAP
-Monthly sales report
-Summarize the finished goods costing for the necessary adjustments
-Preparation of monthly contribution margin per Account Executive
-Prepare monthly top performance per products and clients

Others
-Daily sales report comparing to previous year performance
-Provide a quarterly price adjustments to customer
-Updates price list in the system (SAP Business one)
-Checking if the price on Sales Invoice and DR are within target margin
-Prepare a monthly actual expense per department
-Conduct product validation
-Offer analytical support for department projects

Job Qualifications:

-Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
-Good technical knowledge to MS Excel and familiarity SAP Business will be an advantage
-Good analytical and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure
