Job Description

Metacom Solutions is hiring for a Web Hosting Associate!

What we're looking for:

- Knowledge of hosting platforms like Linux or Windows
- Proficiency in web hosting technologies, including popular content management systems like WordPress or Joomla
- Familiarity with website scripting languages such as PHP
- Experience working with databases like MySQL
- Understanding of network protocols like SSH, FTP, and SFTP
- Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting internal server errors
- Familiarity with email protocols (SMTP) and the differences between POP, IMAP, and Active Exchange
- At least 1 year of BPO experience or 6 months of work experience in a web hosting company
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience (in any industry)
- At least 6 months experience in the tech industry

Signing Bonus: PHP 30,000
Location: Mandaluyong
