We're Hiring!!!

WEB HOSTING

-At least 1 year of BPO Work Experience or at least 6 months if from Web Hosting Company
-At least 6 months experience in Sales (any industry)
-At least 6 months experience in Tech
-Good comms and tech skills
-At least HS graduate
-Competency with Computer and Smart Phone Operating System
-Familiarity with Hosting Platforms such as Linux or Windows
-Extensive knowledge of internet technology required including different web browsers, browser troubleshooting
-Competency with common email applications, especially Outlook
-Above average competency with the use of Web Browsers
-Can assemble a desktop computer (i.e., connect peripherals to the CPU) by following instructions. (For WAHA)
-Expertise in web hosting technologies including content management systems commonly used to operate a website such as WordPress or Joomla
-Familiarity with website scripting languages such as PHP
-Familiarity with databases such as MySQL
-Familiarization on network protocols like SSH, FTP and SFTP
-Knowledge in DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Internal Server Error and Resolution
-Familiarity with SMTP protocols, POP/IMAP/Active Exchange differences
-Excellent computer skills specifically using a CRM database system
-Strong and accurate data entry skills are required
