Safety Supervisor (Bacolod Project)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements. Submit necessary reports to DOLE, DENR and LGU’s as required to avoid any form of violation and penalties.
Regularly inspect, visit and monitor all project sites performance in relation to EHS standards to ensure compliance are being met.
Evaluate each project sites requirements for needed EHS trainings to improve safety awareness and reduce or eliminate accident.
Prepare modules and conduct EHS Internal Trainings. Coordinate external EHS trainings needed for CGI employees to uplift level of understanding in environment, health and safety factors against their work procedures.
Coordinate to HR with regards to hiring process and sufficient deployment of EHS personnel per project sites based on the requirements set forth by DOLE-BWC.
Ensure EHS Monthly Reports for each project are being submitted and evaluated to determine if requirements are being followed or observed.
Qualifications:

Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any four year course
Preferably with DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner or Consultant / Accredited Pollution Control Officer / Certified OSH Trainer
With Certificate of COSH, FIRST AID and BLS, LOSS CONTROL MANAGEMENT, PCO Training
Required Language(s): English
More than 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Supervisory/Head/5 years & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Safety handling
Willing to relocate
Amenable to work in Bacolod City
