Job Description

-Ensure all accident related with physical injury are carefully attended and recorded accordingly to show sincerity of CGI to their workforce and also to avoid any unwanted complaints from government agencies.
-Create health programs applicable to the project to completely monitor and address any health related issues to all employees.
-Participate in the Tool Box Meeting discussing health related topics and issue.
-Take charge in requesting medical supplies and equipment needed to the project.
-Prepare and submit reports required by DOLE to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Nursing
-With valid training certificate of First Aid/Health Certificate or Training course
-At least with 1 year experience specialized in healthcare
-Nurse/Medical support and assistant or equivalent
-Preferably with valid certificate of ACLS, COSH, BOSCH, OSCH, OHNAP and BLS Training
-Open for fresh graduate
-Willing to relocate
-Can start immediately
