Job Description

Join our dynamic team of customer service professionals team as a Customer Service Representative. This full-time, work-from-home opportunity allows you to provide exceptional customer support while enjoying the convenience of working remotely from the Cebu Central Visayas region.

What you'll be doing:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
Provide information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders or making changes to existing accounts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions in the company's customer relationship management system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
Continuously improve customer service processes and identify opportunities for enhancement
Qualifications:

At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad |
With/without BPO experience |
Excellent Communication Skills
Wired connection with 30mbps download and upload speed
