Job Description

We are currently looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for Amazon Account. Work set -up: Work from home

Duties:
Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers.
Answer Product and Service (Website Navigation, Digital and Device)
Questions Assist Customers in Payment Processing

Qualifications:
Must have at least a year (1 year) of BPO experience
Completed at least two years in college or Senior High Graduate; or High school graduate (old curriculum) with at least one (1) year customer service experience; or, Less than two years in college with at least one (1) year customer service experience.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency).
NON VOICE BPO EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE BUT APPLICANT MUST STILL HAVE EXCELLENT COMMSKILLS.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (FOR SMOOTHER APPLICTION PROCESS): Government-issued IDs Proof of statutory numbers: SSS, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Pagibig, and Philhealth

Requirements:
Must have an internet connection with a minimum of 50Mbps download speed and 50Mbps upload speed from a reliable internet provider (Fiber and DSL connection types only).
Internet connection must be a dedicated line. Wireless Prepaid/Postpaid, Broadband stick, Satellite and LTE type of internet connections CANNOT be used.
Internet service provider must be either PLDT, Sky, Globe or Converge. Internet device (Modem/Router) must be LAN capable.
Should have a dedicated workspace or an office-like room at home.
Should ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity during working shift so as to ensure maximum productivity.
