Job Description

Urgent in need of Customer Service for Healthcare Account in Davao
Work set -up: Work-AT-Home

Duties:
• Provide excellent customer service to existing clients
• Answer customer support calls
• Update client database whenever necessary
• Promote other products & services whenever necessary

Qualifications:
• at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
• with or without call center experience high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
• Good Communication Skills
• Applicants must have wired internet connection with 30 mbps download and upload speed
• Applicants for Work at home Account, must be located in Davao City
