Native Japanese Sales Executive - Full-time (Makati)

Are you a native Japanese speaker with a passion for sales? We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Manila. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with Japanese-speaking clients.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive sales, increase market presence, and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in Japan.
Identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Present and promote products/services to Japanese-speaking clients.
Create customized sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends in Japan.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:

Native Japanese speaker with fluency in English.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably within the B2B or B2C industries.
Strong understanding of the Japanese market and business culture.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to be based in Manila or relocate.
