Are you a skilled Dutch bilingual professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic work environment? We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert to enhance our B2B customer service and account management operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in college without back subjects; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 1+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in B2B customer service or account management, specifically in handling order management, customer queries, cases, requests, and complaints.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Willingness to work across UK, European, and International time zones.
Amenable to a hybrid work setup.
