Job Description

Requirements:
At least 2 years in Sales & Marketing
handling similar tasks and functions
Bachelor’s degree, with a major in Marketing or Business

Responsibilities:
Accomplishes marketing objective by recruiting, orienting and training.
Improves product marketability
Determines gross profit by forecasting
Monitoring sale, sales people, senior assessor and customer relation officer
Identifies marketing opportunities
Implements incentive program
•Counseling and coaching and discipline sales people and staff.
Assigns officer of the day
Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential
Provides information and ideas to the general manager
Updates knowledge by attending seminars and trainings
Make sales people and staff communicate well with each other
Listens and analyzed problems of sales people and staff
Arranges event like Christmas parties, anniversaries, incentive trips (Local & International)
Assisting General Manager on everything
Provides sales and marketing work from time to time and other task needed.
