Job Description

- Educational Background – minimum qualification – graduate in any field | preferred – Postgraduate / MBA in project management or related field Years of Work Experience.
- With 5 years of relevant experience and has work previously as a Scrum Master (Must Have)
- Experience of managing complex project and product development
- Knowledge of managing agile methodology
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Experience of managing resources with different skill set for agile delivery methods
- Experience working collaboratively with a diverse business and IT teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills
- Has technical proficiency and development background
- Experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial institution
