Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure project time is accounted for, and project estimates (resources & expense) needed on the projects accurately to ensure project success.

Plan, direct and manage business relations activities with CLIENT stakeholders.

Monitor and track the delivery of user stories for Dev POD as per the project plan.

Iteration plan and project governance for Capgemini’s Scope of work.

Facilitates seamless information exchange between external groups & Capgemini build team, and keeps all stakeholders updated.

Provide guidance and support in decision making process between customer and work streams.

Control the Schedule, scope of project work and manage change through accepted change control procedures, including re-planning if necessary.

Hosts regular connect, with CLIENT to understand project technical milestones, dependencies, client vision and drive the Dev team towards the same.

Participate in daily standup meetings, status reporting calls, Steerco meetings.

Required Skills:

Must have 10-12 years of experience in Project management and D365 related delivery.

Experience managing D365 engagements will be an added advantage.

Must have managed 1-2 large scale D365 projects using AGILE delivery model and successfully delivered projects within budgeted project parameters such as scope, effort, schedule, and cost.

Excellent communication skills and client management skills.

Must have experience in project implementation methodologies such as Scrum Methodology OR PMP

Must have experience in handling large teams in distributed delivery model.

Must have worked on MPP or equivalent project planning tool.

Experience in handling APAC client is added advantage.

Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with peers and constituents at all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM/D365 products (with Functional understanding) must have.

MS Dynamics 365 technical skills or Azure Cloud is an added advantage.

Experience of managing Data Migration engagements is an added advantage.
