Job Description
• 10+ years relevant experience
• Experience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g. Karate, HP ALM, JIRA etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Experience in performance and security testing
• Experience in branch teller system is preferred but not required
Key responsibilities:
•Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan, including timelines, resources, and methodologies
•Oversee the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and nonfunctional aspects of different IT projects
•Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
•Prepare & present testing reports, incl test results and defect analysis
•Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testing
•Collaborate with the SI vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding system specifications
•Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
