Position: Project Manager (Data Migration)
Location: Full-time, Onsite in Taguig, BGC
Salary: PHP 150,000 per month
Shift: Regular Day Shift

Qualifications:
Experience:
-- At least 3 years of experience in data migration projects.
-- Proven track record in managing end-to-end data migration processes.
Technical Skills:
-- In-depth knowledge of various data migration methods (e.g., lift-and-shift, big bang, phased migration).
-- Expertise in data validation and reconciliation (DVR) strategies and implementation.
-- Familiarity with data cleansing techniques and methodologies.
-- Proficient in ensuring data security protocols during migration.
-- Solid experience with post-migration activities including data integrity verification and system stabilization.
Project Management:
-- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate migration.
-- Experience in defining and using metrics to track and report progress during data migration.
-- Proficient in ensuring seamless data transfer from source to target systems.
Communication and Leadership:
-- Strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
-- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
