Job Description

The position is responsible for the following duties

- Business Expansion

Operational Carparks

Operations and Other dept.

Customer Service

Car Park Performance analysis

SPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS EXPANSION

-Generate leads and pursuits pipeline

-Survey assigned area for potential business

-Send letter of intent and arrange meeting with clients

-Coordinate with the client for additional information for the feasibility study

-Prepare write

-up and costing for presentation and approval of BDM

-Prepare proposal materials for client presentation

-Conduct client presentation

-Prepare contract for the agreement, set meeting to finalize agreement

-Assist the BD head and/or the BDO in the client presentation

-Build strong and retain good relationships with the customers

-Attend to all other tasks relevant to business development that may be assigned

OPERATIONAL CARPARKS

-Monitor the sales revenue and costs

-Analyze and study the vacancy causes and patterns

-Prompt marketing unit of the operation's dept. to prepare a marketing plan simultaneous with the site approval memorandum.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in business-related courses or marketing.
- Must have at least one year of experience in various functional areas of sales and marketing and/or business development such as market expansion strategy, product & service innovations, and revenue-generating management.
- Must be analytical, result-oriented, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year of exposure & experience in purchasing.
